What this is

Rerun Press is a trivia game about American television of the 1950s to the 1980s, made by Creafix Media. Anyone can play free. Members get the full question bank, unlimited rounds, a place on the members' board, and the printable packs.

Membership and money

• Patreon handles the money. You join, pay and cancel there. We never see your card.
• Cancel whenever you like, in two clicks, with nobody to telephone. You keep member access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds follow Patreon's own policy. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway — we would rather sort it out than have you feel cheated.
• If the price changes, it changes for new members. Patreon keeps you on the price you joined at unless you change your own membership.

What we promise, and what we don't

We add new questions every week and we check every one against our own research before it goes in. We are a small studio, so we do not promise the site is never down, and we do not promise every question is beyond argument. If you find one you think is wrong, there is a link under every answer — tell us, and we will check it against the source and fix it if you are right.

Beyond what the law requires of us, we cannot be responsible for losses arising from using a trivia game. If some part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable where you live, the rest still stands.

The questions, the packs, and the shows

• Our writing is ours. The questions, the stories behind the answers, and the printable packs belong to Creafix Media.
• The packs are yours to use. Print them, play them with your family, take them to your club. What you may not do is sell them, or publish them as your own.
• The shows are not ours. Television programmes, films and their titles belong to the studios that made them. We name them to talk about them, which is allowed, and we claim no connection to or endorsement by any of them.

Your name and your photograph

If you put a name or a picture on the members' board, keep it clean and keep it yours. We check photographs before they appear, and we can take a name or a picture down without warning if it is offensive, if it impersonates somebody, or if it is not a picture of you. You still keep ownership of your own photograph — you are simply letting us show it on the board while you are a member.

Fair use of the site

Do not try to break the game, script it, or take the question bank wholesale. It took real research to build and it is what members are paying for.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by cancelling on Patreon and unsubscribing from the emails. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and if we do it for anything other than a serious breach we will refund the part of the month you have not used.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. If a change materially affects members, we will email them about it rather than hoping they notice.

Where these terms apply

Rerun Press is operated by Creafix Media. If a dispute arises that we cannot settle by talking, the law and the courts of the place where Creafix Media is established will apply.
